Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage may be required to reship the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, Weekend Fabrics, LLC is not responsible for:

Delayed delivery due to carrier issues, weather, or customs
Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
Carrier damage

If your order appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist when possible.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
We cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.
